Adding a product should leave customers confident about what happened and what to do next. For an air-filter brand, I tested an item-added confirmation popup that brought the selected product, pack details, and two next-step choices into one place. The reported result was a 9.21% lift in conversion rate and 7.55% more checkouts.
A bundle can be attractive and still create decision friction. Shoppers may need to work out how many items to choose, which one receives the discount, and what they will pay. This concept makes those details visible together, with a clear set total and an Add my set action. The commercial question is whether clearer presentation increases appropriate bundle uptake and revenue per visitor.

03 / CART DRAWER
Cart drawerCRO conceptEveryday essentials concept
A cart with a clear next step.
The cart should help customers verify their order and move forward confidently. This concept keeps the product, size, quantity, subtotal, and delivery progress together, then gives the checkout action a clear place in the hierarchy. It creates a focused opportunity to investigate whether fewer unanswered questions help more customers complete the journey.

04 / PRODUCT-PAGE PURCHASE OPTIONS

Make repeat purchase an explicit choice.
Air filters are a repeat-purchase product. This experiment placed a Subscribe & Save 5% option beside one-time purchase so shoppers could compare the savings and convenience before adding the product. The program reported a 4.69% conversion-rate uplift and an additional $1.92 in revenue per visitor. The option supported both a clear choice and the needs of a recurring purchase.
1Reconstructed variant: the customer can compare one-time purchase with Subscribe & Save 5%.
05 / PRODUCT-PAGE QUANTITY SELECTION
Product pageWinnerFilter brand
Test the starting point of the purchase.
The starting selection can influence the order customers eventually place. This experiment changed the preselected pack from four filters to six and kept the quantity choice available. The program reported a 7.34% increase in average order value and an additional $0.99 in revenue per visitor. The lesson is to test whether a different starting point fits the buying behavior of that audience.
1Reconstructed variant: six filters are selected, with the quantity still adjustable.

We'll define the right starting point for your store.
I'm Barış Akgün. Over the past 7 years, I've completed more than 300 A/B tests and worked with international e-commerce brands. I've managed CRO operations for websites reaching millions of users each month and operating at a revenue scale of tens of millions of dollars.
My core expertise is Shopify e-commerce, and I also bring experience from B2B SaaS products. I combine customer research, analytics, copy, and experimentation to turn findings into clear priorities and measurable decisions.
A Shopify CRO specialist investigates what helps or prevents customers from buying. That includes analytics, heatmaps, customer surveys, usability questions, and A/B testing. As your CRO Manager, I turn that evidence into a prioritized roadmap, coordinate implementation with your team, and review the commercial results.
Who do you work with?
My main focus is Shopify e-commerce brands with an established store and regular traffic. I work with founders, e-commerce leaders, and marketing teams that want clearer priorities and a structured optimization process.
Can you work with our current theme and team?
Yes. I can research and plan improvements within your current Shopify setup, then collaborate with your designers and developers. We define implementation responsibilities as part of the engagement.
Do we have enough traffic for A/B testing?
That depends on the visitors eligible for a specific test, conversion volume, and the effect we want to detect. I'll review those factors before recommending a testing cadence. Research and prioritization can still be useful when traffic limits experimentation.
Can we start with an audit?
Yes. An audit and roadmap can establish the main problems, the supporting evidence, and a practical order of priorities. We can discuss whether that is the best starting point for your store.
What does ongoing CRO include?
Research, experiment planning, copy and wireframe briefs, coordination with the delivery team, results interpretation, and roadmap updates. The scope and testing volume depend on your goals, traffic, and implementation capacity.
How do you evaluate results?
I look at conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor together, with the sample size, testing period, and uncertainty in context. The goal is to make a sound commercial decision and learn what to investigate next.
